Trevor was absolutely a life saver in the last year of my a-levels. I came to Trevor with a U average grade, not understanding Economics in the slightest and at risk of being removed off of my course at college. I was struggling and had fallen way too far behind to make up the difference on my own. He worked with me slowly but surely, making sure I understood the basics and had great patience with me. As an examiner, once he felt I was comfortable enough, he then began to work through questions with me by correcting my technique and giving me a really simple yet effective structure to stick to. I began to then see an improvement in my grades each half term which improved my confidence and work ethic. Not only did Trevor help me raise my grades, but he put the enjoyment back into the subject for me which meant I was able to go off and do the study necessary myself. He was always an email away if I had a query between our sessions, and towards the last few weeks was very accommodating in scheduling extra sessions when I felt I needed it. I can proudly say I received an A* in A-level economics, and can undoubtably credit it to Trevor with his unmatchable assistance and continued support/words of encouragement in which I am forever grateful for. Trevor kindly agreed to very late intensive revision lessons for A-Level economics. He was both accommodating and well organised. Trevor has been helping to prepare my daughter for her A level Economics exam over the past year. Over the time he has been able to structure her knowledge and provide her with valuable exam techniques. His lessons have been very effective, engaging and fun, as Trevor is a very patient and knowledgeable teacher. He has been able to find a way to explain the concepts to my daughter in an approachable way and with his help my daughter has been able to take her performance to the next level.

Trevor is an excellent tutor who has been invaluable for my daughter to get a deeper understanding of Economics as she pushes towards a top grade. He provides very detailed feedback on any work she does and gives very useful tip on exam technique. In addition he has provided her with his own very comprehensive handouts breaking down exam requirements/past questions and model answers.
